Steps:
1. Wear a t shirt or a tank
2.wear a cute skirt
3.wear a blazer
4.wear like a plain leggings but if you are doing almost the same thing China then i suggest design legging
5.wear long boots with the strings
Accessories:
A cute hat (I call it the reggae hat)
maybe a cute braclet that can match you outfit
and a pretty necklace
